Can't be selling that well. Just bought 2 off their website @£35 each. It's lucky dip so you could be anywhere but had to buy at that price. Elbow are on the bill at Cardiff.

I am indeed, this will be three visits to Old Trafford this season for me, one of them has to be a good experience. Looking forward to not being able to get in to the ground until just before it starts and being searched at least twice on the way in.

We opted for the Dublin show, spending four or five days out there. First time for me. Billy’s been on my bucket list for years. I doubt he’ll disappoint.

Despite there legendary status they are a pretty boring live act, that`s why truly amazing live acts like Muse sell out stadiums all over the world in a matter of minutes.

I’m not a huge Stones fan by I’ve got tickets simply because it’s in Cardiff,I wouldn’t have gone any further to see them.

Not sure what the relevance of not selling out is though,I think the capacity is about 75k for gigs and they might have sold like 70k with a month to go.

Hopefully you'll like it. He's dropped the singing key ( ? ) slightly so that he can still reach the notes and still sound good. I couldn't go and see McCartney, Elton or The Who anymore because I think they sound awful now. Won't spoil it for you but there'll be at least one song and performer that you wouldnt expect to hear. Couldn't make Dublin due to work but seen him twice there and they were good concerts.

Excellent show. Fair do's, Mick Jagger is a hell of a front man. I was worried that they'd be past it, I was wrong. Anyone thinking of going to Cardiff, do it. Elbow as warm up as well, should be good.

I saw Elbow supporting REM whilst on holiday in Wurzburg in Germany a few years back. Excellent band live.
Not bothered about the Rolling Stones these days tbh, so shan't be going along.

We shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush you know!

Stuart Cable told me he did that once and was 'summoned' by Keef to explain himself. He said he honestly though he was a goner.

Thank you, goodnight and bollocks

I was just looking at their official photo from last night and I know we did this on here a couple of years ago but it’s sad that after touring and recording with them for 25 years Darryl Jones the bass player is never in any photos.

Mick Jagger used to visit St David’s and stay in the Warpool Court Hotel, on one visit he was down in Porthclais Harbour in company with a few other people, they were sat on a picnic bench. When they left a local fisherman noticed that Mick had left a pair of binoculars on the bench.
The local went to the hotel with the binoculars to return them to Mick and was told he could keep them.
He still has them.
Bit of a worthless story but what the hell eh?
