How much would the whole trip cost from Swansea, I wonder? Came over to watch The Swans a few years ago. Saw three games, Colorado, Los Angeles and San Fran. Brilliant trip, cost a couple of grand but worth every penny. It's a long way to go for one game. What are your plans mate? I know you don't have the pond to cross, but still a bit of a trek? | |

Not much for me mate, I live in Los Angeles. I'll take an uber because the rose bowl is pretty bullocks. Truth Its the first time I've got to see any of the lads for club or country in the US. But I do make it once a year back home to see the swans. | |

I live in a city called Torrance, its about 30min-1hour outside of Downtown LA proper (Which is where I work). Have you been out here Darren? Its rather gigantic.
I'm also an hour (depending on traffic) from the rosebowl. | |

There's a lot of rough areas around here. Though, one thing I've learned is here, its hard to judge an area by looks alone. There are poor areas that are run down all to hell, like Lynnwood which isn't far from where I live. And its rather tame and the community is rather nice, as I meet a lot of the people on the train to work.
I don't know much about Pomona. I've been there for shows in the past (The Fox theatre is a great venue) but that area I don't travel too so much as its a bit of journey from home. | |
