Gareth Bale 16:09 - May 29 with 3036 viewstheloneranger

If Real Madrid and Gareth Bale can't come to an agreement, will he become the world's first £200M+ footballer??

Everyday above ground ... Is a good day! 😎

Guillem Balague reckons so.

Personally I think he is a couple of years to old.

£200, 000,000? unlikely - age and injuries are catching up.

It won't stop some from blaming Jenkins if we don't sign him though.

Shame Ronaldo doesn’t leave Bale has always had to play 2nd fiddle to him at Madrid.

Not many clubs able to stump up £200 million Man City Barca & PSG ( possibly Man Utd De Gea going other way)

£400,000 a week before tax will need to be met, as well.

Yeah, of course we're going to blame Jenkins for not signing Bale... Although he does meet the "he scored against us" criteria which seems to form a decision on whether or not to sign a player

Ah but, he fails on the dreadlocks and been relegated criteria. Although he does have silly hair.

Both Bale and Ramsey are passionate Welshmen, they have already made more than enough money from the game and are now entering the latter stages of their careers.
Their home town club has just been promoted to the Premier League, how refreshing would it be if they both signed for them and took a drastic cut in wages.
We all know it’s not going to happen...just a thought.

When you re used to mega money ,it's unlikely you ll return willingly to a fraction of that money .
It's why several go to MLS and China to continue earning gross income

Seems footballers can never earn enough

Tbh i dont blame them

But it seems both players are down to earth which is quite refreshing when you think most top players are totally detached from reality

I like Bale,E, but no way he is going anywhere even late in his career for sentimental reasons .

He is a top pro and all such like look after their own interests first

He'd be smashed in the PL. Only got 6 tough games a season in La liga

Don't Cardiff fans boo Ramsey for some reason?

No, they idolise him.

Gunter I believe could have a bit of stick.

Crazy money, can Manu finance that?

The games finished, where will it end?

Why would bale go to man u? They are not going to win anything bar the f a cup maybe? Barca? Maybe if a little controversial. Juve? Outside bet. Along with bayem munich? Or a very outside man city?

At his peak at 28.

He can go until 34 as a top top player.

You might be correct in terms of money.

Beware of the Risen People

Yup, it started with Gunter getting stick on his first game back in Cardiff against us when he went in two footed on one of our players by the touchline.
