Double the time for charcoal to get hot for cooking successfully.
I give coals a good forty five mins. In the meantime ,sip some beer .
I have to serve the food together and not have people swarm all over the grill. Missus insists on the more formal BBQ . Has to be warm enogh, sunny enough and not too windy . Also ,don't start a barbecue after 7 pm as it cools down too much and the sun is too low | | | |
