I should be, but stupidly did a tough CrossFit session on Monday without recovering from the castles relay the day before and I've gone and injured myself.

16 and it was pretty tough. I did see you at finish line, ran for work we were wearing light blue.

Really odd decision that one. And no park and ride. Anyone coming from Fabian Way is going to be parking miles from the start. | |
