Fine words and I agree with the All Wales approach.
Problem is there seems no reference to the our very own Boom City of Europe whilst the rest of Wales perishes.
How can you deliver prosperity to the rest of Wales without transport infastructure? Jobs won't arrive if you can't travel to the places concerned.
We need massive road, rail and air investment and not in the SE of Wales which already has the best.
As an aside it took me 12 mins to get from through Brynglas Tunnels at 1715 yesterday. It was far worse at the Merthyr turn off.
All the billion pound project will do is eliviate a slight delay and increase congestion further down the line.
