Have you changed your number, texted you earlier, but it came back undelivered?

After reading above, was thinking of just taking the one serving a day that being after training, although I only have porridge for breakfast and don't have any protein until 12pm ish.

Changed my number a few years ago.

Put a scoop in your porridge, then one after training. Job done.

Oh and stop fannying around with little weights, leave that to the vegans.

Light weights I've been doing, dumbbell circuits 8 exercises and 5 sets with little rest between sets, need to find a way of mixing it up with different exercises though, just about to do a session now shortly followed by 30 mins or so on bike.

Where you training Max?

House got all I need for now, able to get a decent sweat on with Dumbbells got pairs ranging from 8kg to 30kg, exercise bike and rower and a bar with loads of plates in garage with a squat frame with a built in bench rack built from 1" galv pipe that I made and bracketed to wall enabling the frames to be folded back virtually flat against the wall with 1" flanges for feet,

Couldn't be doing that every morning I'm not a lover of boiled eggs as it is, Omelette's Scrambled ok though, but not every morning, I'd rather drink a shake.

Just smashed a 6 egg omelette and some potatoes. If you can get 20-30g of protein every time you eat something you'll be hitting the numbers needed.

Totally understand that max. Maybe protein powder in your porridge is the way forward.

Boil a load in the evening. Put them in the fridge and take a few with you on your way to work. No time needed to be spent in the morning.
