I'm not convinced with Kane's penalty. Not saying it was a wrong referee decision. I just think there is more to it.

In the second half, and certainly in extra time, England disappeared as an attacking force. The midfield was non existent. Alli was a waste of oxygen. And this was against Colombia, not one of the top sides.
