Played alot of youngsters...wonder if this will be the start of seeing Dan James play more regular? looked decent in the cup and is probably at the level to play Championship games.

I actually think a defence that includes Amat, Fernandez, VDH, ollsson and possibly naughton (or a new RB) would still do a pretty good job in the PL.
It really wasn't our defending that got us relagated... if anything we had a pretty good defence once we got properly organized... it was our lack of goalscoring and with no wingers and 3 in midfield... caused us to not be able to pass and just lose the ball pretty fast.
if anything I think if we don't sell anyone or even if we sell just Bartley.... our defence is a strong defence. | | | |
