Be interesting to see the wording of the law on this. Presumably it’s made to protect the dancers from groping hands. If that’s the case, she’s the person that’s been touched, and is the victim.
Unless it’s some kind of ‘upholding decency’ to prevent the dancers encouraging touching but that can’t be right as the very nature of the dance could do exactly that. So if dancing is allowed I don’t see how she can be arrested as the law would be a contradiction of itself
