Mate and his father got tucked up many years ago in similar fashion. A limited company was set up to sell a particular product, mate and his Dad had approximately 24%of the equity while the other parties had the rest. They used the mates fathers expertise to set it up etc. The business was doing well, it was operating at a small loss only because the initial set up costs were being offset in the accounts.
After 2 years, the majority owner shut the business down only to recommence trading a few days later with a new limited company, he didn’t even change the trading name name of the company! My mate and his father lost their jobs and their investment. | | | |

It would of been easier for myself to file for bankruptcy years ago.
Due to other people's fault closing and opening a business .
back up and running within a short space of time owing £1000 to people like myself.
Only a shift in the top management and they were up and running again in no time.
Leaving a large dept behind and starting on a clean slate, no thought for others.
I struggled on... house family etc if I had gone bankrupt I could of lost a lot more. |  | | |
