If it is your raison d’être to get someone banned from your safe space, which this forum is to a few on here, then it is par for the course to take things literally when they suit. Unfortunately for Perch, he doesn’t have two brain cells to rub together so leaves himself exposed to the trolls often, who are waiting for a slip up and more than happy to kick into action.
This is the exact reason my posts are often so long, everything is explained in minute detail to not give the trolls an inch. Hence why I couldn’t give a monkeys when people call them boring, they are not there to entertain. They are a necessary evil. I even have to add caveats at times (and you can almost hear the annoyance as they realise there is a caveat).
I once put forward a point by clinical psychologist Jordan Peterson to show some of the behavioural traits on here. It was how the Nazi prison guards had to create a whole scenario in their head often wildly inaccurate in order to justify their behaviour. Of course I had to add a caveat that I was not comparing planetswans to a concentration camp just the psychological aspect of behavioural justification.
Guaranteed had I not added the caveat, the usual trolls that lie in wait would be screaming “He’s gone too far! Now making light of the holocaust!! Ban him!!”
My favourite one was when I won a bet off Builth regarding Gylfi and I was then accused of “soliciting and extorting money from the potentially vulnerable” 
Anyway, Perch is the victim of this forums dark side in its true ugly form, the bullying is some of the worst I have seen and supported by people that really should know better. You can deny it, but we all know this is true. [Post edited 4 Aug 2018 1:14]
