Pearlman 18:49 - Aug 9 with 1336 viewsMagic_Michu

Being the face for the Americans, Pearlman should be made aware he’s not welcome at our club or city any more.

Id stick big amounts of cash on it that Pearlman was in control of the purse strings and was following the remit of the owners. Cost cutting comes first - its how the banking world thinks.

The vitriol should be aimed at him on no uncertain terms, i agree

"Michu, Britton and Williams could have won 3-0 on their own. They wouldn't have required a keeper."

I would imagine he has been in control of the purse strings for a while as he is “their” man.

Costs have to be cut and ultimately books have to be balanced, the club is facing something like to £50m decrease in its TV revenues next year which then increases uptowards the £80m figure in 3 years if it is not promoted back to the PL. If the club had very valuable assets which it could sell that could offset the drop in income, but it looks like some players are being sold at a loss while others can only be loaned out. A bleak picture.

If we want to see Swansea City survive in the future, then reasonable housekeeping has to be the order of the day. There is blame to be apportioned for where the club s nw, but how much of that sits with Pearlman I am not sure.

One poster claims that Pearlman is in "charge" which all but means that jenkins now reports into him.
