What I cannot grasp is even as underhanded as HJ is he still is (claimed) a Swans supporter and has some basic knowledge of football. So where does leaving your squad after the window with only 1 centre half and 1fit striker fall into line with that. Even in his most thoughtless moment he must now we are 1 injury or sending off away from collapse

Of course he does, but his bank account is another £600,000 better off than last year, so why should he worry?

For 12 years and starting from an all time low position, the absolute priority at SCFC was always to make the team more successful on the pitch which enabled the club to grow as a direct consequence of that footballing success via increasing revenue from ticket sales, TV money and various other revenue streams. It was the most successful and enjoyable roller-coaster ride in the club's history. Sadly, success on the pitch is no longer the priority as those making money out of the club have no interest whatsoever in the club's league position or status. Only the fans really care which is why we are ones who are currently frustrated, angry, unhappy and p!ssed off.
