Thing is with a lot of these type of 'companies' is that if people decide not to pay, there is very little they can do about it as in most cases you haven't entered into a credit agreement with them. Great news, hope they all go the same way.

Pay day loan companies, by their very existence, are a demonstration of how fragile personal economies are these days. I hope these parasites crash and burn, whilst the government that caters for them demonstrates how hateful they really are. Amazing that any Welsh person would vote for the nasty party.

Looks like compensation claims from previous customers and claims management companies have caught up with them. I hope that those who have previously been wronged don’t lose out on their compensation claimif the company folds, hopefully there is some kind of insurance policy backing the company.

Now the desperate people who use these companies will simply go to another or worse, to a back street loan shark. Wonderful.

I offered them a loan to help them out until they got sorted but they said they didn't fancy my repayment terms of 3467% APR.

Most of those jobs are in London, which as we all know, will be booming once we’ve left the EU, so they needn’t worry.
