We haven't got a pot to p*ss in, don't expect any investment, and just bite the bullet while we find the best way to get our money back, Oh ! and don't forget to say thank you.

Presumably the money they paid for their shares (which have plummeted in value following relegation).

So the Americans paid Huw Jenkins, Martin Morgan, Leigh Dinneen and others lots of millions for their shares in the club and you reckon the club now owes the Americans big bucks?

Not the sharpest tool in the box then.

They can't just take money out of the club they do not own it 100%. They own around 65% I think. They only way they can take money out of the club is if they declare a dividend and pay it to all shareholders which they have not done. They can only do this within company law if they are trading profitably. If they declared a dividend of £30m the club what be insolvent and the directors would be breaking the law.

P.S. Tan as he owns Cardiff 100% can take all the PL money this season to repay the Debt Cardiff currently owe him. This is why TAN has brought very few new players this season and has a championship squad on championship wages to inflate his profits.

There's a parent company in the US that could charge management expenses, for example, to the club. Dividends are just one way to move money around.

We learnt that they are still lying money grabbing fückrudders like they always were.

""Although I cannot promise or predict the future, I can guarantee one thing - the current board of directors will always fight, as we have done over the last 12 years, to work together as one with the Supporters Trust to make 100% sure that Swansea City football club remains the number one priority in all our thoughts and in every decision we make."
