That was word for word the response that came to my mind, Mo.

Massive brains, innit…

Tbh, with his belief on life beginning at conception, his is the only stance to take. For Kilkenny to grasp how Mogg sees it he needs to frame it like as if we're talking about a baby or a toddler. The question of 'Should a woman be able to kill her baby/toddler if he/she was the result of a rape?' then becomes ridiculous, never mind the '....if she can't afford to keep it?' question.
As HighJack pointed out the argument is over the point at when it becomes a life. Nothing else matters. Whether you agree with him or not, you have to see Mogg as a man standing up for the life of a child rather than a man who wants to tell wammen what to do with their bodies as THE USUAL SUSPECTS would like.

Btw, have you been on holidays? ain't seen you for a while.

Good luck, Mr Cooper

Quisling? NO, I'm British and proud of it.

All decisions in Wales ......... so you'd deny any non Welsh people the right to representation?

I have confidence in Welsh people but I have no confidence in the WAG.

What is normal in the rest of the world......there are many different normals depending on whether or not you live in a democracy.

Again though, by the insult, you prove the differnce between yourself and Rees Mogg. We are constantly told (by religious people) that we should look to god (of whichever religion) and he/she/it/they will bring peace and harmony yet ironically very little causes more arguments or wars than religion.
Religion will only bring peace when we've all killed each other and I'd rather be a snivelling quisling than.....well....you.

For Kilkenny he wants all decisions made in wales by welsh people apart from all the ones made in Brussels by everybody else in Europe. As long as the English aren’t involved it’s fine.

The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which.

Even the belief life begins at conception is flawed when you consider all the sperms and ovums are living cells bursting with energy and a sense of purpose. I shudder to think how many potential human lives are aborted every day by teenage boys around the globe now they all have access to the more adult side of the internet.

I was considering this t'other day just after watching some of the old tranny porn, as one does. And I believe the concept is flawed...if a sperm never meets an egg and is left alone it will die...maybe in a sock or a tissue or the bum hole of a woman with an Adams apple but die it shall. If it meets the egg and is left alone it'll develop into a foetus and then a baby (most of the time)

Yeah, I almost edited it to point out the complete contradiction in his viewpoint. He called me a quisling when truth be told he would be the one considered a quisling, his living in a country but willing to overthrow the government and give control over to a foreign organisation. As for his assertion this is how it is in other places, he can count himself lucky we are not like Saudi Arabia or other countries where promoting anti government views would result in a real hard line punishment.

Just my opinion, but WTF do I know anyway?

“If it meets the egg and is left alone it'll develop into a foetus and then a baby (most of the time)”

No it won’t. It’ll never do that.

Hence that concept is also flawed.

I agree re Rees Mogg however. I’ve said before (in another discussion about him) that if you believe life begins at conception, as he seemingly does, abortion for any reason has to be wrong. You don’t kill a child because its father is a rapist, so if you believe conception is the start of ‘a child’ his stance follows. He’s wrong in my view, but it logically makes sense.

His religious beliefs don’t extend to judging colleagues on their adultery of course, that’s ‘none of his business’ and it would be ‘judgmental of him’ to comment, whereas abortion is his business and comment isn’t judgemental. Always enjoy the religious ranking the instructions of their God into the bits they care about and the bits they don’t.

Yeap, even though wales rightly voted out of the EU, killkenny and his like are determined to keep us in it, i.e. Being ruled by an undemocratic state that no one has voted for as opposed to those that voted for something better in Wales.

Tony Blair, Leanne wood, Nicola sturgeon all need to be put on a boat and sent over the channel and sunk half way across, Kilkenny gets a free ticket to join them

You are a lunatic.

The people voted Britain into Europe. No overthrow.
This has been our normal way of life for decades.

Using your logic however the people had spoken ...and the 2016 Brexit vote should not have been allowed.

Sounds like you don’t understand Western democracies ?
You can challenge the govt view and that challenge is welcomed because it strengthens us all.

Even that idiot David Davies says he changed his mind ‘as the facts changed’.

You should move to Saudi, you would enjoy it there.
Thats what you get when thinking people cannot challenge the government.

So because we dragged ourselves into the sh1t by joking the EU means we can't leave no it's turned into a dictatorship?! Very well thought out 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Sounds like a prison cell to me.

The EU is an unelected dictatorship that over the last 20 years has tried to control us more and more. Complete fail, must try harder to understand.

First, your "no overthrow" thing, I wasn't talking about the vote to join the EU I was referencing you and your desire to rid Wales of English rule. You talked about what is the norm in other countries and I pointed out the norm in some countries would have you in chains and up for a good flogging at the least. Maybe you choose to ignore it but we had a normal way of life for centuries before the EU, does 41 years in the EU mean we must stay forever, only to people like you.
I'm all for challenging governments too but you would do anything (or so it seems) to rid the rest of the UK of English rule, as you see it. You'd give Wales Indepedence then tie us to the EU.
David Davis, bless him, well he may have said that but he hasn't changed his mind about leaving the Eu has he?
