I have some sympathy and the law seems bizarre.
Incredible lack of judgement by a 43 year old head teacher to have a sexual relationship with a 16 year old though even though it was legal. I would be uncomfortable if she was teaching my child. |  |

She wasn’t the girl’s teacher though, which makes a difference.
Having said that, although the law seems odd that you can have a sexual relationship but not share photos of a sexual nature, any person, male or female, in their forties who wants a sexual relationship with a person (male or female) of 16, is pretty grotesque and creepy. |  | | |
