Same here. Total disbelief when it was given. Ref bottled it - the way he reacts on replay suggests that he also expected a flag. Didn’t have the courage to make a ballsy (albeit correct) decision. |  |

Even more annoying was reading a report saying Stoke deserved the win. We'd wasted good chances before Stoke had a sniff.
It's the same whatever division you're in, don't take your chances and get punished, that it was offside just hurts even more. | |

Please let's focus on the things that we can change, and ignore the things that we can't.
It doesn't matter about the referee and the linesmen. We dropped a point but there were a lot of positives to take from that match, which I enjoyed more than some games where we did get a result.
Our passing style is coming back more quickly than I ever expected. There's a good sense of teamwork in the squad and some of the younger players are exceeding expectations. Of course the big weakness is that we're not scoring goals but hopefully that will change once our walking wounded get back into action. |  |
