Fantastic result , well played to Rhun and Leanne as both were excellent candidates and also well done to Leanne on doing a fine job as leader for the last 6 years.
Delighted that Adam won, I would have voted for the lovely Leanne right up until a week ago and then I saw Price's economic plan for Wales and it just had to be Adam for the top job after that, to have such a socialist economic guru as leader is fantastic.  |  |

A guaranteed job at minimum wage, that's an extra £560,000 he's promised but what work will they do?
This 2 billion for an investment bank, where is he taking the funding from to pay for it?
Low income tax, so to pay for the above he wants to reduce our tax income.....what a gamble.
He wants independence too so he'll get nowhere fast. Wales is very strongly in favour of the Union.
He also said he'd "do anything available to stop Brexit" which, taken together with his desire for independence puts him up in opposition to the majority.
He has a harder job convinving Wales to vote for him than May does getting a deal with the EU!!!!
On that last point, isn't a low tax economy considered wrong by most remainers. A more positive thing is he wants to abolish council tax which I entirely agree with, it's less fair than the Poll tax was! |
He will tax wealth and not income, a fantastic move for Wales, businesses will start up here and be attracted here, young people will stay and will want to come here, old immigrant retired white flighters who some say are a drain on our resources (which central Government fail to give us extra funds for) who found the economic situation in Wales to their liking might not find it so favorable economically in the future.
Price might well be able to reverse the demographics of Wales, exciting times ahead, next step to get the main stream press on side. [Post edited 28 Sep 2018 20:09]

They gave up clause 4 and abandoned left wing policies, Blair, Brown, Mandelson etc, they are a Tory party.
Corbyn is privately educated from the shires, living amongst the Islington set, Price is from the Amman Valley his father was a miner and a boxer.
If Labour was still a socialist party do you think the likes of Adam Price, Leanne Wood and Mhairi Black would be in Plaid/SNP ?
