or is it my imagination, this set piece has always been a bit of a disaster for us whether defensive or attacking. Seemed alright at the Vetch but at the Liberty teams seemed to close us down very quickly and usually came away with the ball. Last night thought we had improved, obviously GP is sorting this out.

I keep bumping into Andy Legg down at the cardiff city academy training ground.

Probably the most important coach in their system.

Must confess that I shake my head when some players are descibed by commentators as long throw specialists when they can hardly reach the penalty spot from the touchline.

Andy Legg was absolutely incredible, he was able to throw the ball to the back of the six yard box from about 5 yards inside an oppnents half at pace. I'm amzed that he never dislocated both shoulders whilst doing so.

And that’s what it is. They get there quickly and look to get the ball to a teammate before the opposition reset, rather than wait until our players and consequently the opposition, are in position. It’s an extension of the way we play really
