but how will they know where to put it all in those enormous minimalist kitchens?

It'd be easy in our house. We'd just ask them to shovel it in the kids to save us the hassle.

I think this is a nice idea, though I doubt Mrs Bear would be keen. Quite apart from having a stranger rummaging around in the kitchen (N.B. the Waitrose deliverers I’ve dealt with have been ace) I think both the aesthetics and security concerns over those code-entry door locks makes this a showstopper. |  | | |
