Robinsons brews ‘The Trooper’. Not a bad beer at all. Prefer Moretti to Peroni, though the former is a Heineken beer.

Carlsberg do a "PORETTI "which is superior to their Export at 5%
But you can't beat Stella in Europe though, The 5% is better tasting than the 4.8%

In Bologna at the moment - my local supermarket has 660ml bottles of Moretti for €.73. Had draught Moretti La Rossa in a restaurant - a “double malt”, terrific.
Moretti have started a range of regional brews - Puglian, Sicilian etc. Very tempting but the local red wines are stonking and ridiculously cheap...

Craft beer is everywhere in Italy and, like the UK, the big boys have joined the party.

Trooper is a lovely pint. Stockport brewery, still family owned I think - in lots of pubs in South Manc and the Peak District.
