One of my favourite ‘voices of football’. The Legendary commentator, voice of Gazetta Football Italia and PES games, has passed away aged 67. Deserved his own thread.

	Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

There was a great documentary about the channel 4 Italian football a few weeks back.

Really captured the Zeitgeist of it. I still remember sitting down with my mates to watch the first game. Loads of people predicting a catenaccio style 0-0. Lazio and Sampdorio served up an absolute belter of a game.

Gazzetta was perfect Saturday morning hangover tv.
