Yes they will chew their hot dog or pie quietly when they stand up for the minutes silence. They are 11 and 14 and they have eaten during minute silences before so they know what to expect. I'm sure in a crowd of 42,000 there is bound to be others eating at that time as lots of people enter the turnstiles at the last minute and then get food to take up to their seats. | | | |

Na it's okay. I always treat my boys to a hot dog or pie at the ground, they know about the silence and that they will have to eat quietly. I think quite a few fans will be in the same position tomorrow if they arrive around 2.45/2.50. | | | |

Yes they did. The first three tracks on the La Folie album dealt with Nuns, Tramps, and the reactions of others when someone dies. Look em up on Spotify. The band is stripped right down to its component parts. Some of Hugh Cornwells finest lyrics. Non Stop, the first track is a killer. Imho of course. They ain't everyone's cup of tea, I appreciate that :-)
