Well apparently not because despite “causing a stir” according to the headline the article itself quite clearly quotes the mother as saying that absolutely no one commented. So clearly this is a case of an “artist” mother her using her daughter to get some publicity for herself.
Now of course the little girl will be subject to scrutiny but purely because her mother has splashed her face all over the internet in the sort of story that always gets certain types of people frothing at the mouth. And if course it generates another story that people get outraged over people being outraged or offended about something. Ticks all the boxes. |  |
