Fair play to him, risky taking a loss making business in a desolate spot like that... the Council must be laughing all the way to the bank...

Great news, let's hope it kick starts, a much need regeneration of the Bay area, and encourages more developers to follow suit, hope it's a success, it's just what Swansea needs.
Good luck to Leon and all involved.

That place could be a gold mine. He’s going into business with the right people there. They’ll make a success of it no doubt.

Have you been there?
It is always packed. A right little goldmine.
We need more places like this on the Prom.
The interesting thing for me is they intend showing all away matches on Swans TV.
Seems to me there is something in the pipeline to make away matches much more readily available to the supporters.

Good luck to him. But his existing customer base won’t be interested in a sports bar and academy. They want somewhere to take the kids for lunch, or get a coffee and cake when walking the dog, or holding a kids party. I’d have thought.

Yes I agree I know the Hole family well and they most certainly have the knowledge and experience to succeed plus Leon has the pull and the contacts etc ......

Hope it works out for them all it’s about time an ambitious enterprise on our wonderful, natural foreshore which is Swansea Bay is established we’ve been crying out for it for years ....just spending a day at Cardiff Bay and Penarth makes me feel nauseous compared to what our ‘City/Council’ currently offers here in Swansea ...

Hats off to private enterprise and please support it whenever you can ....👍👍

Good Luck Leon, Ryan and Lucy I wish you every success in your new venture !

Make sure it's got adequate parking, Leon. I'll support it, but I'll need to get close in the car to bring my old mum (for coffee, not beach rugby).

Success is sure to follow down there.
