It's all to do with the collapse of the club's owner Mike Cuddy's construction business Cuddy Group.
All the directors have resigned, with Mike Cuddy being reappointed as a sole director this month.

For those that may not know of have an interest,4 possibly 5 teams will go down from this seasons Welsh Premiership.
The wru in their wisdom are restructuring.Therefore the league will be smaller.
The funding for these teams will be cut as well.
So take Swansea rfc who are down the bottom, are basically fighting for their possible existence as well.
I have been down a few times this season when it does not clash with swans home games.
And although its not Ospreys standard . I prefer it .and will be going down friday to support them I ,m sure they would appreciate any more support. |  | | |
