That's right. I have even found myself following the results of the likes of Luxembourg who stood a good chance of promotion into Group C. A lovely place to visit and one of my visits coincided with a home fixture versus Northern Ireland in one of the qualifiers. Terrible football but still up there with the most obscure places that I have seen a live game. Anyway, as you say it's far more interesting than meaningless friendlies. | |
