However now that you've said it I'll respond by saying that I think it's too early to judge him. I didn't join the hype after turning over the Chinese just as I don't despair tonight. I'll judge him after the Euro 2020' qualifiers. He will have learned an awful lot from the Denmark games; be mindful that he's only managed something like 12 games in total. |  |

At the moment we have a lot championship standard players with potential to play at higher level. The only real weakness I see for Wales is the strikers department and If I were Giggs, I would possibly pick Bale for that role with Brooks behind him. | | | |

In the interest of fairness Vokes could have had two (DJ cross first half, DJ corner second) and it was a stonewall pen on Wilson.
Not sure about Brooks in the middle. Runs into traffic too much. Seems more effective drifting in off the left to find space & create overloads (and he does a better defensive job than Wilson down that side imo).
Lockyear looked decent. Lawrence did nothing wrong either. Williams should think about announcing his retirement before the decision gets taken out of his hands. | | | |
