Yeah there’s a lot of heavy handed policing going on over there. Videos circulating of a group of heavily armoured burly and tooled up police officers tear gassing a wheelchair bound, disabled yellow vest protester in the face from point blank range.
Another protester already captured and in handcuffs thrown to the ground and beaten by several officers. It’s shocking stuff.

As regarding charging points; if you live in a terraced house or flats then you probably won't have access to roadside parking, so where will those cars be able to get their charges from.This has not been properly thought out.
