Excepting the qualifier, that's the most incisive point I have ever seen from you! This strikes me as a somewhat risky and certainly unexpected move. Interesting.

I emailed the Trust yesterday asking the same question.

The answer to the question will be yes although I suspect the point will be debated further in the room before the vote itself (that tends to be the norm in my experience)

The increased likelihood of legal action from a more: dynamic, reactive, aggressive, counter-punching Trust is to be applauded! And?..... Rejoice!..... Rejoice!..... Rejoice! The Trust has been treated appallingly with utmost contempt encompassing even further betrayal and disrespect. IMO Jenkins, the sell-outs and Yankees took the trusts kindness and passive approach to be weakness and thought they could get away with absolute murder from day one onto eternity itself. Bet they thought that the Trust would never go on a counter-offensive. Talk about underestimating the potential of the emergence of a stronger restructured organisation.

A Trust Member I would imagine. Any member would have been able to put forward motions at the AGM.

If we vote to take legal action, then for me, it has to be a full share sale. None of this 5% malarkey. We want the same deal as the sell outs (or more depending on the court ruling). Nothing less. Because believe me, if we get a penny or a pound. The spin from the Yanks and Jenkins will hold no bounds considering the financial position of the club at this time.

I agree with you entirely on your 5% concern. The appalling contempt, disrespect and double betrayal the Trust, SCFC supporters and its membership have been recipients of means this time around Jenkins, sell-outs and Yanks deserve zero compassion, zero favours and zero leniency.

Trust AGM on 21:25 - Jan 14 with 2890 views | pikeypaul | The Trust, is it still going? I thought the useless bunch of feckers gave it up months ago. Legal action ? Hahaha 2 years to late guys due to the actions and 100% defending of the sellouts by the likes of Uxbridge I wonder what they had /have on him? The irony of the name makes me laugh every time I hear it. [Post edited 14 Jan 2019 21:32]

I will never forget a phone call i had with David Morgan when the trust first voiced it's concerns over the first 'investment'. He said " Who do the trust think they are? They are not shareholders, just custodians of the shares bought by the fans"! That was the view of the board obviously. There it is, a total dismissal of the fans of SCFC. This has got to be pay back time. Because i do not trust one single one of the cvnts from the sell outs to the yanks, to put the best interests of our club before their own personal gain. And please anyone, don't give me the line about "the Yanks only win if the club is successful" That time has come and gone. They do not give a fvck anymore!

Had a lot of time for him at one time, as did a lot of the boys i know. Sadly turned into Jenkins little bitch. He hasn't got a mind of his own anymore. Just lives off the scraps they feed him to make a living. Nobody bothers with him, he's lost all his mates.

Was speaking to a lad who ended up on a trip with Huw Jenkins due to mutual friends a few years back. Apparently all disowned him now. I suppose he can wipe the tears away with crispy 50s, but still.
