making progress in terms of the legal action

They seem to be quieter than ever if that’s possible

Do not hold your breath.

Certain members have always been against giving Jenkins a hard time.

You only have to look back and see how people like Uxbridge fought tooth and nail
against action 2 years ago when after great expense to the trust and the barrister saying we had a very good case they still recommended no action.

The reason still has not come out but one day it will.

This is not about simply giving someone a hard time.
It’s about fighting for what is yours. It’s about casting old friendships to one side as clearly lots of people have been taken for a ride. Uxbridge spent weeks writing essays on the subject advising against legal action bizarrely. Even now there seems a reluctance to take the initiative.

Why do you think he fought tooth and nail for no action ?

If you scroll back to his posts at the time there is complete desperation in his pleas and reasons for no action.

Even now in hindsight when he has been shown to be a complete mug in believing all Jenkins' promises at the time he can not admit how wrong he got it ,intentially or otherwise .

I don’t know. I was curious at the time and still find it confusing and at odds with legal
advice they received

He certainly did not do what was required and that was to give a balanced view. He went overboard with ramblings to do his best to sway opinion away from the advice received it seems

I'm sure there was a thread on here the other day talking about the money that's being put aside for legal action

If the trust board at the time voted to recommend no action, even if it was against advice, then board members would probably be under a collective responsibility to follow the board decision whether they agreed with it or not otherwise they could resign.

Not saying this was the case but it is a possibility.

It had nothing to do with him following other board members,it's to do with his constant and continuous posts against action at the time,if he was just following orders he would have kept his mouth shut and not defended Jenkins so vehemently.

Anyone that supported legal action and posted their reasons on here recieved a reply from him arguing against it,whatever the reason.
Some good and not so good reasons but everyone of the 100s of reasons posted by members he would object to and he always come to a no action verdict.
Just go back and have a look at all his pro Jenkins and board posts,it's very bizarre and now in hindsight quite shocking.
