I was just watching highlights from the Liverpool game a few years ago and saw Makalele as coach for us.

How many of us forgot we had him as coach?

I’m still amazed at the Swansea journey... my little team have played in the Premier League, won a major competition, played in Europe, managed by Laudrup, coaches by Makalele... and seen players of the quality of Michu, Bony and Siggy play for us.

Whatever happens now... what an era to have witnessed!
