The bookies are total scum,anyone that is successful is banned or made a PTL customer (permission to lay) where the till operator phones HQ and invariably your bet is declined.
The U.K. should have the system Australia has where if a bookie puts up a price then they can’t refuse the customer the bet,unlike what the cowards over here do when declining your bet and as good as banning you for knowing what you are doing.
They will never ban you from the FOBTS fixed odds betting terminals which tells you everything.
They only want losers in the shops and that is what they get.
99% of the time you will get better odds on the exchanges and will never get banned,the mug punters still using regular betting shops deserve all they get.
The sooner we see the back of these mug establishments the better, it’s only the FOBTS really keeping them going but I do not see the lowering of stakes closing shops,with £2 spin every 15 seconds that’s still £480 a hour the mugs can spunk and each shop has 4 machines. Agree, but for big punters/losers like myself, the 2 pound spin and potential win will be low enough to keep me and others off the machines. Now, 50-100 pound a spin, oh yes...thankfully I very rarely indulge these days, but it will be nice when the opportunity to do so disappears forever! | |

They should on my be in casinos, however the gaming of 2005 put paid to that. Just stay off those piles of sh*t.. Best move I ever made.. Wasted so much money, and for me, it wasn't the thrill of winning, I think I was just trying to recoup losses, ofc it never happened.. Feel quite sick now remembering back when I was spunking all I had in those 250 plus a week. And that went on for a long time.. | |
