Im a big fan of crossrail so saying nowt. London is 9m+ people now and the transport system cant cope as it is. Completely see why those who live away from here are narked about it mind. Impressive engineering mind.

We can’t even get the main line electrified to Swansea because it’s too expensive (£200M). We still have class 142 “Pacer” trains made in the 80’s out of old Leyland bus chassis, and massive overcrowding on chronically late trains during peak times, so yeah I think we have a right to be a bit “narked”.
