We should have a second referendum because people didn’t know what they were voting for.

in your opinion they didn't, and also in the opinion of other remainers they didn't, that much is true.
The leavers I speak to seem happy to leave without a deal, many believe this country needs a good kick up the backside to get the best out of us. We could have a tough 5 or 10 years but things should pick up really well after that. It's what is best for the long term future of this great nation that really matters.
Far too many monumental political decisions get over influenced and then sunk by short termism.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

When only 25% of the electorate in Wales voted for devolution it was accepted by everyone without so much as a whimper.
Why are there so many undemocratic people around these days?
Accept the vote and move on

Except for all the Tory MPs in Westminster who voted against implementing the result of the referendum, including the likes of May, Redwood and IDS.

Do the Welsh realise coming out of the EU would most likely end with the Scottish ( now that's a patriotic country not like the Wales who have become little Englanders ) leaving the union, we will be ruled by the nasty tory government for ever

Croeso yn ol The Dazzler.

Pikey - since Jan 2019, there are more remain voters alive than leave voters.
Fact. We are exiting to action the will of the dead.

Smash this Tory Brexit.

Always interesting to see those who lose a vote asserting that they now have a majority through the magic of their own mental assessment that unsurprisingly matches their own viewpoint despite that viewpoint being comprehensively defeated in an actual vote rather than the virtual vote going on inside their head

Just like the fragrant Leanne and confident Carwyn who were insistent to the nationthat Wales wished to remain in the EU before they were publicly humiliated after finding out that they knew little of the views of the population of Wales on this subject.

And no there is no basis for a second vote other than the whining of those refusing to implement the will of the majority of the those in Wales who bothered to tiurn out to vote on the matter.

I'm not sure how those advocating a second vote...'didn't know what they were voting for'....'lied to'..... 'facebook'....'Russians' etc etc.....can keep a straight face whilst trying to undermine the democratic will of the people.

They know that they just can't accept losing, I know that they can't accept losing, and everyone watching them know that they can't accept losing whilst their pitiful attempts to overturn a vote come tumbling out of their mouths.

Just get over it.

You lost a democratic vote tough luck.
