Most of those players will, in all likelihood, never see meaningful gametime in competitive internationals, barring massive injury crisis. Williams, Taylor and Gunter are all but done, with younger talents already gone past them. Evans and Vaulks are years older than their more established "next generation" competition as well. Hedges and Thomas aren't significant prospects in comparison to Wilson, James, Brooks, or even Tom Lawrence.

Looking at that side and maybe Ward can become a regular fixture if he ever gets regular first team football, and potentially Tyler Roberts and Rabbi Matondo maybe push through in a year or so to become stars. Won't hold my breath on any of them though, to be honest.

It was genuinely a B team and it's disappointing to see that in an international fixture, although in fairness to Giggs a lot of the first and second string arrived with knocks and niggles which is why he picked such a bloated squad in the first place.

Seconded, just got home from the game. Thought they did well enough, they need gametime and these friendlies are perfect.

Wtf do people expect, these games are for our next band of players, give them a chance ffs.

And you wonder why the faw dont want to take a game to the liberty with patriots like our lot.

Good to meet up. Just home too. The Turks were tidy.
Dire game, Wales B/C team. Keeping the best for Sunday.

Swansea Indepenent Poster Of The Year 2021. Dr P / Mart66 / Roathie / Parlay / E20/ Duffle was 2nd, but he is deluded and thinks in his little twisted brain that he won. Poor sod. We let him win this year, as he has cried for a whole year. His 14 usernames, bless his cotton socks.

Nice to go to the eldest international football stadium in the world for the first time.

Also nice to have a pint in the Wynnstay Arms Hotel (where the FAW was formed).

Not the best of games but only Ash, maybe Smith and Tyler Roberts will start Sunday. Good to get the goal at the end.

Bring on Sunday!

I was in there about 6.40-7pm, was just having a walk after leaving another nearby pub and saw it so popped in for one.

Hope they play the Belarus game there in September, was something a bit different for sure, and so easy to get away from after in all fairness!

That bratwurst was very nice, after a shed full of Guinness!

You've been to more pubs in Wrexham in a day than I've been in about 10 years and I only live down the road. Son was in hospitality and had a pic with Gareth Bale.

Piles the pressure on us.

I know it's difficult to label our first game of a campaign a must win, but if we lose Sunday, we'll already be 6 points behind Slovakia who we are competing with for 2nd place!
