Birch 10:04 - Mar 18 with 7963 views | valleyboy | Is Birch coming to Swansea or has he pulled out What I have never understood with this maybe appointment Is why someone that’s a big mate if Martin Morgan be appointed as the man to run Swansea City We all know that Jenkins was the mouthpiece for Morgan before he was sacked/resigned (whatever you want to believe). So is this maybe appointment be another case of him being a mouthpiece again Makes you wonder if Morgan has got his eye on buying back Swansea City and then for all of the supporters to think that he would not sell Swansea City again. But then to find out that’s not the case. With his only intention is to make a bigger profit

Come on keep up I thought you were a Swansea fan and you had your finger on the pulse I had heard a rumour of this before. But recently had an email from someone that knew about the friendship

I'm a massive Swansea fan Forgive me if I don't know who Martin Morgan's friends 'may be'
Birch on 10:57 - Mar 18 with 4003 views | BLAZE | We all know that Jenkins was the mouthpiece for Morgan before he was sacked/resigned Classic case of conjecture being repeated often enough it becomes fact. Jenkins was his own man and very conservative in approach (at least, he was until the pressures of PL survival got to him), whilst Morgan was for more hot headed and willing to throw money at problems. Jenkins regularly reined him in, he was no mouthpiece

We should all know better than give any credence to valleyboy's posts.
| We shouldn't all be tarred with the same brush you know! |

That is not the case and if you want to believe what you have just written, so be it Morgan pulled more strings than most supporters knew about

Perhaps you should have written “into English” instead of “onto English” You know what they say about people throwing stones that live in glass houses

(No subject) on 12:25 - Mar 18 with 3617 views | KGriz16 | Interesting times. Given his history and brief reading about him, it's quite easy to see he's here to help balance the books and then sell the football club to the next bidder. However, I won't hold my breath. A couple seasons before we go up for sale i reckon. Once more though, is this a step in the right direction? Most feared Landon Donovan at least this chap knows what he's going to be doing and how to go about it. [Post edited 18 Mar 2019 12:26]

Birch on 12:29 - Mar 18 with 3568 views | QJumpingJack | If Birch means business, he will get rid of the overpaid people at the club - on and off the pitch.
Birch on 12:32 - Mar 18 with 3551 views | andypitt56 | Seems like the Guy knows his football, and He has a background in finance. Could be a very shrewd appointment but I think we need to be patient and see what his remit will be. This is where we see what the Americans are really about IMO.

Reading his email again. He didn’t mentioned that Birch wasn’t coming only saying that he was mates with Morgan and others that were on old board

If I remember correctly someone on another site said that was 350 people employed at Swansea City So far only a fraction of those people have gone Many more will be gone I would say
