Collapsible Fencing Maybe The Future ? 22:10 - Mar 18 with 657 viewsSTID2017

If the recent spate of fans running onto the pitch continues, I can see fences returning to football grounds.
If so then they would have to be a safer type that can be opened by stewards in the event of an emergency

Nothing wrong with people running on the pitch as long as no-one gets hurt. Perpetrators will get banned/fined and that should be enough of a deterrent in most cases
