In this appallingly laid out article, they seem to be suggesting the Tories are calling for a by-election. That seems a bit inconsistent with their views on the referendum 'financial irregularities'. |  | | |

My view is that the behaviour of MP’s like other public sector workers should be beyond approach and MP’s should be disbarred from public office, but that’s not the rules.
Both of these MP’s have committed offences of “Dishonesty” and should therefore face their electorate. |  | | |

My view is that the behaviour of MP’s like other public sector workers should be beyond approach and MP’s should be disbarred from public office, but that’s not the rules.
Both of these MP’s have committed offences of “Dishonesty” and should therefore face their electorate. |
And the mechanism exists for that to happen. Just needs enough of the relevant MP’s constituents to sign the petition. |  |

It is right that the electorate should be involved but it seems inappropriate to have someone who has been convicted for perverting the course of justice voting on affairs that impact the who country whilst the process to decide if they should be deselected is in process. Some sort of suspension seems appropriate to me similar to many other organisations. |  |

If he is reselected by his constituency party he could actually be standing as the Conservative Party Candidate at the by election. You would think there will be a concerted effort by the other parties to secure the requisite number of signatures to trigger a vote. | | | |
