FRom a quick google, they’ve reported profits of £1.8m and £4.5m in the last two years here, but (a) it’s tiny relative to income and (b) minuscule for the group as their main US business posted losses of $1.8 billion in 2018 and $2.2 billion in 2017.
Looks like they’re aggressively buying work to drive out competitors in the US. Maybe less competition / pricier market in the UK.

It’s very funny in this day and age that so many are clueless how the value and sale of companies work.
I sold up to a national for large money just because they wanted me out of the way,they had no interest in my mediocre profit or carrying on my leases.
A win win for us all which allowed me to retire at 50 with more money I can ever spend. |  |
