Everything is always for sale at the right price. However, If you are an investment organisation constantly looking for individuals to invest with you, bad publicity can be a serious problem for them, it could end up costing them serious amounts of money.
They may tend to attract investors who may not want to be associated with such action,
so their urgency to sell, and the asking price could be greatly affected.

Surely a football stadium with TV coverage would allow us the best exposure to air our views, it's the modern equivalent of the town square.
