Lets get a bit of perspective about Potter's tenure here and compare it to the manager of the team that actually won the league. There's only one winner. Farke has impressed with fairly limited resources as well...no different to us.....
He stepped down after six years, planning to take a year's sabbatical, before accepting the opportunity to take charge of Borussia Dortmund II, the reserve side of German club Borussia Dortmund. He managed the side for two seasons before he was recruited by Norwich City.

On 25 May 2017, Farke was appointed as the head coach of Championship club Norwich City on a two-year contract.[3] Farke's first league game for Norwich City ended in a 1—1 draw after a late equaliser from Nélson Oliveira at Craven Cottage[4] and his first competitive game at Carrow Road saw Norwich beat Swindon Town 3—2 in the EFL Cup.[5] Farke completed his inaugural season in the Championship winning 15 games, drawing 15, and losing 16 - finishing 14th in the league table.
The following season saw Norwich promoted as Championship title winners. Farke won the Manager of the Month award for November[6] and in March 2019 signed a three year contract extension, tying him to the club until June 2022.[7] The team secured promotion to the Premier League on their penultimate match of the 2018-19 season,[8] before securing the league title after the last match of the season.[9] |  |

He'll have had 15+ years of professional coaching. He will know when to come and when not to. You can teach a child that. You can't teach someone the bravery needed to jump and compete with an attacker, knowing full well you could have your lower half taken out and land very hard.
There was a goal not so long ago where they crossed it in at a very low height across the box, the sort of situation where he just need to get down and push it away. Instead he just watched it run across him as it meant diving down at someone's feet.

I just don't get this, just because Farke has managed to get the Canaries promoted Potter was bound to do the same. There is no exact recipe for success. We just need to try and keep the current squad together as much as possible bring in a new manager that has the keep ball / passing / attacking philosophy and see how next season goes.
BTW, Norwich will probably be one of the teams that come back down next year when they run out of luck and fail to replace most of their current team, especially defence (Krul FFS). | |

Agree, Farke wins by a conutry mile. Norwich ripped us apart at the Liberty by taking their chances. Interesting that Farke sidelined Oliviera when Huw was still courting him. Speaks volumes. |  |
