Tell you what NJ, these ideas don't come cheap, all these fancy videos, 3D models, plans and presentations cost a fortune to produce. And I read somewhere recently that Dubai's World island is sinking back into the sea, and let's not forget how much money was thrown at Dubai's effort. And they get better weather than here. I'm all for ambition, but it also has to be realistic.This just seems a non starter, and if anyone thinks The Lagoon was going to be expensive to construct, this is on another level.
