Cricket world cup 10:58 - May 26 with 35527 viewssainthelens

For the cricket followers on here, who's your fancy?
I've had good wedge on India. England will find a way to fck it up, and as long as the Indians arnt too knackered after the IPL I think they'll be to strong.

Indeed, the fielding has been superb all innings today.

They need to be confident with the bat now, don’t lose silly wickets and build the score steadily.

I’m always nervous when we bat second🥴

Me too...

Very proud to be voted Planet Swans Poster of the Year 2017 by my fellow posters. Especially on a site that nearly had 20 million impressions last year.

Superb bowling and fielding effort. Avoid significant damage in the first ten overs and this should be comfortable. England’s strength over the last four years has been chasing so time to prove they can still do it.

The problem is, it’s Australia!!!

They’ll be fired up but it’s very much in England’s hands. As I said, intelligent batting, bat for 50 overs if necessary. Don’t try and get it over and done with in 30-40.

If they can traverse through Starcs opening overs, should be ok.

If not, lets laugh at the Saes.

You mean England AND Wales???

They need to build 150+ for loss if no more than 4 wkts. Should be ok then but I always worry about a batting collapse. So much so I’m hiding behind the sofa now (watching the TdF).

England's tournament to lose now. They've proved they would be worthy champions over the last week. Anything can happen in a 50 over game obviously, but this was the hurdle and they look to have just swatted away the Oz barring an incredible collapse. They'd have far too many guns for UnZed in my view.

Australia clearly allowing themselves to be deliberately humiliated in a World Cup semi final so that England are cocky and overconfident going into the Ashes. It’s the only explanation.

Bairstow gone.

Bairstow should be on all 4s in the dressing room for wasting a review on a plumb lbw.
