That money works out about 650,000 a week, divide that by say a squad of 30 and that works out at about 20k a week on the average....I repeat AVERAGE wage.
Get the Ayews and Baston gone and I see no issues to worry, we can surely push on in a positive direction.
Players will want to leave but there is no excuse to back the manager with the money from those sales. | |

That is their wages, we dont pay that unless we end up negotiating paying a % with the buying club.
Say we end up paying 75%, that is very unlikely then we would be looking at getting about 6m for Andre, 1.8m for Baston and about 1.2m for Jordan....all are appx.
So worse case we should be looking for a combined 9m for the 3. All three should bring far more than the total mentioned but I would say we would be glad to see 9m just to get them off the wages and cover fees owed.
People will argue we will still owe their clubs, initial payments will be made, the rest is paid in installments over appearances, goals and achievements.......would say that with those three, we need not worry to much there. | |
