The comic thing about this is you could probably unearth comments Blackford would have made about Catholics in the past that would sit comfortably alongside Boris’s cracks about Moslems without expending too much time or effort in the search.

No court would find for slander for calling Johnson racist when you consider the amount of evidence in favour of it.

He still won't say it without being able to hide behind parliamentary privilege though - and the privilege imo should go. Damian Collins repeated slanderous comments against Warnock, for example. Politicians shouldn't escape consequences.
Happy to be part of the EU though, where Scotland's 6 MEPs have diddly squat influence over laws made that affect their own citizens.
