The Taylor report and subsequent inquiries came to the conclusion that ticketless Liverpool fans were not responsible for the crush.
There were not too many fans on the Leppings Lane terrace, there were two many fans in two sections of it because police opened the gates and did not control entry. |  | | |

Liverpool fans were renown for bullying their way into grounds in the 1980's here & in Europe, they knew that the police were losing control and then ceased the moment any other match commander would have seen what was coming up and dealt with it accordingly like its been said 50/50 ironically a lot of the Liverpool fans who were killed were the ones down the front who got in early with tickets. |  |

Every inquiry has blamed the police, not supporters.

It's because the don't like the club and /or its fans.
