Social media is imperative and should be compulsory for anyone involved with the trust especially the supporter director to ensure constant feedback and flow of information and ideas / concerns etc by way of keeping people constantly involved and informed. And not isolated... | |

I think it's an organisation issue rather than individuals really. It can't be left down to a handful of individuals. More has been done to improve comms but lots of scope to improve on that.
